1. Introduction

Welcome to drips.wtf ("drips.wtf," "we," "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the drips.wtf website, our APIs, and any other software, tools, features, or functionalities provided on or in connection with our services; including using our services to view, explore, and create tokens and use our tools to connect directly with others to purchase, sell, or transfer tokens on the XRP Ledger (collectively, the "Service"). "Token" in these Terms means a digital token implemented on the XRP Ledger blockchain.

For purposes of these Terms, "user", "you", and "your" means you as the user of the Service.

drips.wtf is for entertainment only. We are not a financial institution, broker, or investment advisor. We provide a platform for creating and trading meme tokens on XRPL. You bear full responsibility for all trading decisions.

2. Entertainment Only - No Financial Advice

• • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions

3. Accessing the Service

Your blockchain address functions as your identity on drips.wtf. You will need an XRPL-compatible wallet to access the Service. Your account will be associated with your blockchain address.

Wallets are not operated by drips.wtf. We do not have custody or control over your wallet contents and cannot retrieve or transfer them. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet secure.

You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws when using the Service and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Platform Fees

We collect the following fees to support platform operations:

• • Trading: 1% fee on all buy and sell orders
• • Token Creation: 2% fee on initial token supply value
• • Trust Lines: Small assistance fee when applicable

Fees are automatically collected and clearly displayed before transactions. All fees are subject to change with notice.

You agree that you will not:

• • Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are proprietary to drips.wtf. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use any content you submit for platform operations.

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for market losses, technical issues, wallet problems, or third-party actions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
